You must be able to form a binding contract to order. An order is an offer to buy; a contract forms only when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel any order and will refund it in full if we do.

Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice, but the price you are charged is the one confirmed at purchase. Obvious pricing errors are not binding. Taxes and duties may apply depending on destination.

Goods are made in small batches and dispatch times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. Orders ship plain and unbranded.

All sales are final. Because every piece is made to order in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or wrong colour — please check the measurements on each product page before ordering. Items that arrive faulty or incorrect will be repaired, replaced, or refunded; this does not affect your statutory rights.

Our garments are privacy tools, not guarantees of anonymity, and no countermeasure defeats every system. You are responsible for using them lawfully; local rules on face coverings vary and are your responsibility to follow.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
